I’ll follow the direction agreed in that review: only delete on permanent redirects (301/308), make it opt-in via a config option defaulting to false, add a helper in Status that says whether a code is a permanent redirect, and cover 301, 308, 302, meta-refresh, ERROR and FETCHED with tests.
