Rebased onto `main` now that #2118 (Tika 4) is in, and pushed to this branch; the previous head was 269bcc2c if you need it. The only change on top of your commits is c7f75e02: the detection block uses `org.apache.tika.metadata.HttpHeaders.CONTENT_TYPE` and a `TikaInputStream`, the same two substitutions #2118 made in the rest of the file.
