Szabolcs Vasas commented on SQOOP-3171:
---------------------------------------

Hi guys,

Since Kite does not seem to have an active community I don't expect any new
releases.

However I am planning to work on removing the Kite dependency from Sqoop so it
should resolve all the Kite-related limitations. I don't have a timeline yet,
but I hope I can deliver some partial results by the end of the next quarter.
