In Sqoop user documentation some oracle privileges are missing from the ones
listed in section "25.8.2.2 Oracle Roles and Privileges".
If you configure the oracle user just with the privileges listed the sqoop
import fails with huge partitioned tables.
The two missing privilege are listed in section "25.8.2.3. Additional Oracle
Roles And Privileges Required for Export".
