After apparently recent changes to binary package build, only two connectors
are registering (Kafka and SFTP). This appears to be due to a change leading to
all connectors (except for the Kafka connector) ending up in "sqoop.jar" files,
rather than uniquely named files. Apparently the last sqoop.jar file copied to
the server/lib directory (presumably the SFTP connector) wins.
