Currently the process is manual to detect any addition of new dependencies to
the pom.xml.
Suggest
1. update the review guideline to catch this
2. automate this process if possible to see the new dependencies added in
precommit hook and list them as part of the commit in the sqoop QA bot. So the
reviewer can take a second look at what new additions were made.
