Description:
Would be good to have some wiki/ doc explaining the post gres repository usage
( instead of the default Derby ) in sqoop.

Currently the tests in this package are not run in precommit
package org.apache.sqoop.integration.repository.postgresql;
and it is easy to break the post gres code path while making derby changes.
