NOTE2: The community agreed the justification of Dongjoon Hyun's VETO was not very obvious to everyone. Hence, the community had to initiate a VOTE ( link <https://lists.apache.org/thread/n29v9y679x7b8ol4sr4c4b7s3wvtrdzz>) about the justification of technical objection from Dongjoon Hyun's VETO. According to the VOTE result (link <https://lists.apache.org/thread/fz2tdzc0100m146mtrk76zv1wg1bdzfk>), the community figured that a simple majority of VOTE participants do not think the VETO to be properly justified. That said, Dongjoon Hyun's VETO is removed in this VOTE. NOTE3: There was some community member casted the vote between the time "after we called out the VOTE to be finished", and "before we finally completed removing the VETO to make the vote pass". It was technically a late vote when we mistakenly called out the VOTE to be finished, but since we finally reached the VOTE pass criteria now and the vote is done before, I'm happy to add the vote into the final result.
