Similar to https://github.com/jmschrei/pomegranate/blob/master/examples/bayesnet_monty_hall_train.ipynb . I've found a related library for spark: https://github.com/HewlettPackard/sandpiper , but it's not quite what I'm looking for. It would be nice if this framework integrated with ML or GraphFrames. Anyone know of any other Bayesian Network frameworks using Spark? If not, would this sort of framework be a worthwhile addition to ml, graphframes or spark-packages?
