So what are we expecting of Hive 0.12.0 builds with this RC? I know not every combination of Hadoop and Hive versions, etc., can be supported, but even an example build from the "Building Spark" page isn't looking too good to me.
Working from f97b0d4, the example build command works: mvn -Pyarn -Phadoop-2.4 -Dhadoop.version=2.4.0 -Phive -Phive-0.12.0 -Phive-thriftserver -DskipTests clean package ...but then running the tests results in multiple failures in the Hive and Hive Thrift Server sub-projects.
