Added missing Python APIs
The following Python APIs are added,
RDD.id()
SparkContext.setJobGroup()
SparkContext.setLocalProperty()
SparkContext.getLocalProperty()
SparkContext.sparkUser()
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
