Currently the web console plugin for Commons Crypto uses the dedicated category
{{Crypto}}
(https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-commons-crypto/blob/dea1d738623fa01ca78a5fd839007b4c489b6c20/src/main/java/org/apache/sling/commons/crypto/webconsole/internal/EncryptWebConsolePlugin.java#L53).
Since this category is not used by anything else we should rather group it
below the category {{Sling}}.
