The HTL modules should all be aligned to use the latest pom versions. In
addition, the {{o.a.s.scripting.sightly.testing}} module should be switched to
using the latest Sling features (as in Sling Feature Models) instead of the old
provisioning model, in order to keep testing up to date with the latest
dependencies.
