As noted in the "Update on support for Jakarta Servlet API" thread from one month ago, with the support of Jakarta Servlet, we should switch the major version of the bundle(!) to 3.0 - this is a marketing version change - the exported API does not change the major version, just the minor version in some places.

To get to a stable base == stable API, I plan to cut a release in two or three weeks from now. Please take the time and look at the API additions for Jakarta Servlet. Now is the time to do final adjustments or name changes - if required.

For any suggestion, please create a PR as this makes the discussion and applying changes way easier.

Thanks
Carsten
