Will close this PR. We will come with another approach in discover topology: 1. start everything but delay topology to send the first "topology established" event 2. once todays "systemready" state is reached, the topology will be established and the system is really ready (new systemready state) 3. the reverse on shutdown, systemready is removed, topology is removed 4. all services shutdown -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
