For some reason the following jars are pulled in and not relocated

[INFO] Including org.slf4j:slf4j-api:jar:1.7.25 in the shaded jar.
[INFO] Including org.slf4j:jcl-over-slf4j:jar:1.7.25 in the shaded jar.

This can lead to classpath conflicts and must be avoided. Relocating might 
work, but right now I don't see a good reason for shipping a copy of the slf4j 
so we should just filter out these packages.
