Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-1699.

Resolution: Fixed
Factory configurations are now not created by the manager anymore - if a pool
should be administrated through the config admin, a factory
config should be created there.
Added a web console printer to print out the current pools
Fixed some problems in the metatype descriptor
