+1 for GH actions.
Given we can get the credentials, I'd prefer those.

I agree with Lenny about the flexibility of Jenkins, but GH actions are
easier to browse and to understand. I'd be willing to give up the minimal
flexibility gain of Jenkins for the advantages we get with GH
Actions(-only).
