    SAMZA-1087 set up certificate signing request in the context for resource 
localization

    Tested manually with the following samza configuration:
    "csr.ssl.request.path" => 
"certfs://mytestserver.com:10180/request_service_certificate"
    
    and the localization for the certificate signing request happens as 
expected by checking the log. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/fredji97/samza certContext

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/samza/pull/73.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
