Sure, my proposal is in here if you want to give it a look https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FxTV5yQNydUccDbp4wY6kc7um7CsFi_leD5W8KDlsTw/edit?usp=sharing
I am checking the code to try to get a better idea of where the extra hooks for the integration will be. I will write to the mailing list asking for some advice on this as soon as I have a better understanding. I know I have to extend from the Samza-core-api and that Kafka and the file system producer/consumer are good entry points, but there are things such as the changeLog which is based on Kafka. I mean if the producer/consumer is not a kafka system, then should the changeLog still use Kafka? Anyways, I want to review things like that, and I will to the mailing list and we can discuss on those issues. Thanks for the interest guys! Looking forward to this :) Renato M. 2015-04-10 23:45 GMT+02:00 Jakob Homan <jgho...@gmail.com>: > Yeah, I don't have any broad concerns.
