Hey all, I was hoping to make myself a bit more familiar with our releasecandidate.xml script. It seems that I made an incorrect assumption that any commits and things that the script performed on my behalf would remain completely local unless I manually pushed at the end. However, it appears that the script automates both commits and pushes. That's unfortunate because it makes it harder for someone to practice or simulate a release. Anyway, sorry for the noise. I'll do my best to revert.
