No!
You should be able to use it as before!
I just wanted to note that the projects should try to keep the disk usage
reasonable. Because some projects were/are uploading A LOT and this harms
the other projects.

I mean that you will need to trigger a new build for your project (in
master, branches and/or tags) to re-create the old build artefacts.
For example for Apache Wicket we upload Javadocs and HTMLs (a User Guide)
to nightlies. So by triggering a new build for the respective Git branch we
can re-create any folder at https://nightlies.apache.org/wicket/guide/ or
https://nightlies.apache.org/wicket/apidocs/
