I may be wrong but: Express appears before Jewel ? Seems natural to me to pick up Express if I want to started and we would not have any other option but this is not the case today and with Jewel that evolved a lot, seems that Express end up alone. However if for some reason, someone want to create is own set perhaps it's a good choice (at least and option).
