#155 was merged into `feature/jakarta-ee-10-migration` after #154 had already been merged, because its base was never switched to `master`. So the OIDC changes are on that branch but not on master. This PR moves them to master. It's the same `feature/oidc-login` branch that was reviewed and approved in #155, with no new changes: 35 files, the same diff as #155. It already includes the latest master, and the full build passes locally (527 tests, 0 failures, `apache-rat:check` OK).
