@snoopdave like i mentioned before the spring commit should not be part of this PR, it was my mistake since i didn't expect github to add new commits to existing PRs without asking. I have more spring related changes waiting locally and would put them into a different branch since i agree those would require more testing. Unfortunately github does not seem to provide the option to cherry pick commits from a PR, so the simplest solution would probably be me pushing the branch again with --force without the last commit.
