Hi, RocketMQ community: I'd like to propose releasing Apache RocketMQ 5.3.1. It has been about three months since the last release. Compared with the previously released version 5.3.0, it now supports in-place upgrades from json-formatted file configurations to rocksdb management configurations. The rest are fixes for some issues, mainly including the client network layer, some minor issues during client registration, boundary conditions when handling IPv6 access, and real-time improvements for pop consumption.
