I wanted to use qpid-proton devel package when compiling qpid-cpp broker.
I installed libqpid-proton11-dev

and that also brought in, as a dependency

But then qpid-cpp broker build failed with

but this file does not exist. Possible reasons include:
* The file was deleted, renamed, or moved to another location.
* An install or uninstall procedure did not complete successfully.
* The installation package was faulty and contained
"/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/Proton/ProtonTargets.cmake"
but not all the files it references.

I had to manually also install libqpid-proton-core10-dev to have all the
necessary files.
Please add dependency between the dev packages.
Btw, looking at Ubuntu packages
https://packages.ubuntu.com/source/focal/qpid-proton I noticed that they take
them from Debian, and those packages are out-of-date (even more than I'd
expect) and they don't include ProtonConfig.cmake, and these other cmake files
in the -dev packages.
