In practice this is adding a content-security-policy header to HTTP responses, which is visible for example with "curl -I https://pulsar.apache.org";. This change was made to support the ASF privacy policy for ASF project websites, https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html.
There's a private discussion [1] ongoing to find a search service provider for Apache websites.
