I'll also share the public information about the change that broke the 
pulsar.apache.org search. This change was made on March 1st: 
https://infra.apache.org/csp.html. 
In practice this is adding a content-security-policy header to HTTP responses, 
which is visible for example with "curl -I https://pulsar.apache.org";.
This change was made to support the ASF privacy policy for ASF project 
websites, https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html. 

There's a private discussion [1] ongoing to find a search service provider for 
Apache websites. I hope we can get Algolia accepted so that we wouldn't need to 
replace the existing search solution on pulsar.apache.org.
