Congratulations on the release. Thank you for following announcement 
requirements.

This announcement must not refer to the dist directory at all since that is not 
a location to download the release. You must refer to a pulsar download page.

The download page https://pulsar.apache.org/download/ does not appear to 
contain the Python client being announced. This should be fixed or a new 
download page created.
