Hi all I would like to start a discussion to cherry-pick PIP-356 into `branch-3.0` - https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/22856
This PIP added an optional config to let the Geo Replicator start at the earliest position, which is very useful for the scenario of migrating older messages to the target cluster. So it is very useful for the old cluster, I want to cherry-pick it into the long-term support version `3.0.x`. The thread will remain in the open state for 48 hours. If there is no objection, I will perform the cherry-picking. Thanks Yubiao Feng
