I support the motivation and goal. Thanks for driving this feature. Suggestion: 1. Split this PIP into parts, and start with low overhead metrics, like Heesung mentions. 2. Do some solid performance tests to assess the impact of this monitor. I am not sure if we would have performance reduction even if this feature is turned off. If so, we also need to know how much the impact is.
