**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** Sometimes, we are meeting some unrecovered problems. For example, delete zk topic node error, split bundle error **Describe the solution you'd like** If we can have an interface to report these situation, either to separate log, or to alarm platform, or alarm center in cloud.
