BTW, when I copied the release notes from the pulsar-site repo, I found the formats are a little different. For example, see the release note in https://github.com/apache/pulsar-site/tree/main/site2/website-next/release-notes/versioned The format of each PR is: <pr-title> [<pr-number>](pr-link) However, in release notes, the format of each PR is: <pr-title> [#<pr-number>](pr-link) which has a sharp symbol (#).
