+1 (binding) - built on Mac, on JDK11 - RAT, checksums, signatures look good - tested the docker images, basic features - successfully run the Jakarta JMS 2.0 TCK (both client and server using 2.10.0 built from sources) without errors
Only one little problem, that I don't consider blocker: a 2.10.0 Java client that uses transactions does not work with a Pulsar 2.8.x server with transactions, but it works with 2.9.1 servers.
