   I believe it's related to 
https://github.com/apache/pulsar-manager/issues/254, which I'm also 
experiencing. I'm running `apachepulsar/pulsar-manager:v0.2.0`.

   Nothing happens when I click `Confirm`, and there are no logs in the Docker 
container either.
