I have a few comments: 1) Adding "vote" in the email title is a bit confusing. The design should be brought up for discussion before going into a vote process. 2) The discussion (or "vote") should happen in the mailing list rather than go into a form. 3) It seems that you have to create an account in order to view the design concepts.
