   You are using IProducer and not a generic IProducer<>. You need the generic 
interface to create a message.
   In your code you should change
   `static IProducer pulsarProducer`
   to
   `static IProducer<ReadOnlySequence<byte>> pulsarProducer`
   Which is what is returned by IProducerBuilder.Create()
