This problem is usually caused by the pod where pulsar-manager is located not being able to connect to your pulsar cluster, you can try logging into the pod of pulsar-manager and accessing the pulsar cluster via the `curl` command, make sure that the address `webServiceUrl` exposed by your pulsar cluster is accessible by pulsar-manager @871921256 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
