Hi Sijie, Thank you very much for your suggestion. We can add the EOS and LTS in one thread since they have some connections when taking them into consideration. It's better for the original author to initialize discussion for the item "Moving Pulsar 2.8 to JDK11" since he/she has more context info for this proposal.
