Lari, Thank you for bringing this proposal up! This is a great initiative.
However, I agreed with Yong. We have spent tons of effort splitting one large workflow into multiple smaller workflows. If this proposal is blocked by the other proposal, we should focus on getting the changes for the other proposal before talking about merging them.
