I have pushed a PR to fix the bug in the Github Flow used in Pulsar CI which caused the tests to be skipped for the grpc upgrade PR: <https://github.com/apache/pulsar-test-infra/pull/11> . Once that is merged, I guess the a PR can be reissued to do the grpc upgrade. ----
