It looks like my comment on RC0 was not addressed: the source tarball apache-pulsar-manager-0.2.0-src.tar.gz <https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/pulsar/pulsar-manager/apache-pulsar-manager-0.2.0/apache-pulsar-manager-0.2.0-src.tar.gz> contains a bad directory "pulsar-manager-0.2.0-candidate-2" it is not a big deal
