The protobuf version in the Apache pulser project pom.xml file is very old i.e.
<protobuf2.version>*2.4.1</protobuf2*.version>
<protobuf3.version>*3.5.1</protobuf3*.version>
The ARM64 bits are not supported in these protobuf version. I request you guys
to update the protobuf version in the all the project files across the pulser
project.
