Guangning,

Thank you for bringing this up to the community and thanks for volunteering
the release.

However, I think there is one problem needs to be addressed for release
2.4.3 - how to label the fixes for 2.4.3?

I am assuming those tasks that need to be cherry-picked to 2.4.3 are
already included in 2.5.0. Hence we CANNOT change the milestone from 2.5.0
to 2.4.3.
I am suggesting introducing a new type of label "release/<release-version>"
("release/2.4.3" in this case) and we label those issues using the release
label. Hence we can know what are the issues cherry-picked for a given
release.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Sijie
