Hi Xiaolong, I see the community is willing to see a time based release plan to deliver releases much faster.
However as Dave pointed out, you have to first ping the discussion thread to see if there are any other concerns about adopting a time based release plan (since the plan has been successfully run by other successful projects, I don't see any ricks though). If there is no objections, conclude the discussion thread and then start the voting process.
