Blocker problems for the release: - https://dist.apache.org/repos/dev/dist/release/pulsar/pulsar-manager/KEYS does not exist, so I cannot verify the signatures - There is not LICENSE/NOTICE file in the convenience binary file (this is not part of the official ASF release but if we 'release' it we must make in compliant with ASF rules and respect third party licenses)
I also found that tar zxvf apache-pulsar-manager-0.1.0-candidate-2-bin.tar.gz Dose not create a apache-pulsar-manager-0.1.0-candidate-2-bin directory, or any other directory, this is not very comfortable for the users. Can we add at least one directory level ? These are common problems for a fist time release. We can fix them.
