Hi all committers, There are a few important bug fixes for 2.3.0. It might be worth cutting a 2.3.1 release in a week or so.
2.4.0 is also in the pipeline to push forward. Any committers are interested in driving the releases? Ideally it would be good for committers who haven't done any releases to do a release, so the knowledge of releasing pulsar can be shared across the community. We need two volunteers as release managers, one for 2.3.1 and one for 2.4.0. Committers who have done a release can help you. Thanks, Sijie
