I have already completely the first steps mentioned in the guide (mostly related to myself). For the project steps: * We have a PR open to update all the links and mentions in the website to remove `-incubating`: https://github.com/apache/incubator-pulsar/pull/2620 * I have created a Jira for INFRA to rename the GitHub / GitBox repository https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-17039 We are preparing in making 2.2.0 the first release as TLP!
