Hi, I will work with Robert on #3909. I will do another pass to have it merge asap.
PR #3891 looks good to me and can be merged imho. Following PR #3881 (fixing LICENSE/NOTICE in both admin and server distributions), we have to update the "main" distribution (basically merging both admin and server distributions LICENSE/NOTICE).
