Based on
[PolarisAdminService.java](https://github.com/apache/polaris/blob/95bc59bb3dd2a2228e606fa6fd9840f283b032c4/runtime/service/src/main/java/org/apache/polaris/service/admin/PolarisAdminService.java#L868)
it looks like its wanted behaviour but I don't get why.
